The Story
The House, in motion.
House of Nova brought Woven Dreams to the New York Fashion Week runway: outerwear built to carry emotion, not only warmth. The collection reads as architecture that happens to be soft, sculptural volume held in a clean line, moving at the speed of a body walking.
A runway is the only place a coat like this can be understood properly. Volume that looks theatrical on a hanger resolves into proportion once it is walking, and texture that photographs flat in a studio catches the light and moves. The show existed to be seen in motion.
