How it is made
What you are actually buying.
Limited by intention
Every design is produced in a limited edition or a limited production run and then stops. Nothing is restocked indefinitely, and nothing is made in a volume that would put the same coat in every room. When a run closes, that piece is finished.
Volume as the silhouette
The House's construction argument is that shape carries feeling. Down is engineered into architectural volume, funnel necks stand without a scarf, cropped fronts fall away into a long back. The interest is in the form, not in surface print or logo.
Materials chosen for wear
Knitwear is created in carefully selected non-wool yarns, so it can be worn against bare skin without itch. Outerwear is built to hold its loft and its line through real winters rather than a single season of photographs.
Cared for, not replaced
Sculptural outerwear keeps its shape when it is stored on a wide hanger with room around it, aired rather than over-washed, and spot cleaned before it is sent out. The care guide covers each material, and following it is the single biggest thing that extends a piece's life.

Every House of Nova piece is cut oversized by design, the volume is the silhouette, not a mistake in your size. We offer two generous sizes so the drape reads as intended on a range of bodies.

Ordering & delivery
From the atelier to your door.
- Ships in 2 to 3 weeks. Pieces in the shop are available to order now and typically leave the atelier within two to three weeks of the order.
- Worldwide, tracked. Delivery is door-to-door with tracking, and the tracking number is emailed the moment the piece ships.
- Taxes and duties. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Import duties may be payable on delivery depending on your destination, and are set by your local customs authority.
- Size exchanges. Stocked pieces can be exchanged for the other size within 14 days, unworn and with tags on. Collectibles are cut to order, so those are final sale and say so on the piece. We do not refund for change of mind. Damaged or incorrect pieces are always put right.

What does House of Nova sell?
Sculptural couture: statement outerwear, knitwear, and collectible runway pieces, each produced in a limited edition or a limited production run. The signature is the Cloud Coat family, sculptural down outerwear where the volume is the silhouette. Every piece is designed by founder Nova Lorraine.
What sizes does House of Nova offer?
Two generous sizes: S/M, roughly US 2 to 8, and L/XL, roughly US 10 to 16. Every piece is cut oversized by design, so the volume is intentional rather than a sizing error. Size down for a sharper, closer line; take your usual size for the fullest, most sculptural drape.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Pieces shown in the shop are available to order now and typically ship within 2 to 3 weeks. Tracked delivery times then vary by destination, and your tracking number is emailed the moment the piece leaves the atelier.
Does House of Nova ship internationally?
Yes. House of Nova ships worldwide, tracked door-to-door. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Import duties may be payable on delivery depending on your destination, so it is worth checking your region's thresholds.
Are pieces made to order or held in stock?
Both, depending on the piece. Limited-run outerwear and knitwear are held in the two sizes until the run is gone, and the card says so when only one size remains. One-size collectibles are cut to order and carry a made-to-order note. Show collections, such as Between Worlds, are not available to purchase before they reveal on the runway.
How do I choose between the pieces?

Can pieces be returned?
Stocked pieces can be exchanged for the other size within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. One-size collectibles are cut to order after you buy, so those are final sale and say so on the piece. The House does not refund for change of mind, which is why fit guidance, the size table, and Aurra's advice sit on every product page before checkout rather than after it. If a piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the House and it will be put right.
