House of Nova was founded on one belief: what you wear can change how you enter a room, carry yourself, and imagine what comes next. Every piece is designed to be felt as much as seen: sculptural, protective, and deeply expressive.
The House brings couture together with emerging technology (AI, 3D design, and digital-native craft) to create work that is at once tactile and forward-looking. It is a fashion house, an art practice, and, through Aurra, a personal styling experience, under one roof.

Each piece is created in a limited edition or limited production run, cut oversized by design with couture precision: the volume is the silhouette, not an accident of fit. Down outerwear is built for warmth without weight; knitwear is worked in soft, skin-kind yarns.

What is House of Nova?
House of Nova is a luxury fashion house founded by Nova Lorraine, a psychologist turned couture designer. It makes sculptural couture in limited editions and limited production runs, sells original art, and runs Aurra, a personal AI stylist that builds one considered outfit per request and explains the reasoning behind it.
Who founded House of Nova?
Nova Lorraine, an award-winning fashion designer and futurist who holds a Master's in Clinical Psychology and a fashion design degree from FIT. Her work has appeared in Forbes, Essence, Vogue Italia, and on The View, and in 2024 she became the first impact fashion designer with a creation on the moon, via the Lunaprise Moon Museum project.
What does House of Nova make?
Sculptural couture: statement outerwear, knitwear, and collectible runway pieces, each produced in a limited run. The signature is the Cloud Coat family, sculptural down outerwear where the volume is the silhouette. The House also sells original art and licenses Aurra, its AI stylist, to other retailers.
What does emotional architecture mean?
It is the House's founding idea: that clothing should be built the way a room is built, to hold a feeling and to change how it feels to stand inside it. Volume, weight, and enclosure do the work that print and embellishment do elsewhere, which is why the silhouettes are sculptural rather than decorative.
