Your privacy matters. This policy explains how House of Nova collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
What we collect
When you place an order or sign up for Aurra, we collect your name, email, shipping address, payment information (processed by Stripe, we don't store card numbers), and (for Aurra) your style profile answers.
How we use it
To fulfill orders, send shipping updates, personalize your Aurra recommendations, and (only if you opt in) send marketing emails. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and hold your cart, and the site cannot work without them. Analytics cookies (PostHog) help us understand how the site is used, and they are not set unless you accept them. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the button below.
Your rights
You can download everything we hold about you, and delete your account and personal data, from your Account page at any time, without asking us. Past orders are kept as financial records because the law requires it, but everything identifying you is stripped from them. To correct your details, or for anything else, email hello@houseofnova.io. If you are in the EU or the UK you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
