House of Nova ships limited-edition pieces worldwide. Each order is processed with care and tracked door-to-door.
Complimentary shipping
Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $1,500 USD.
Regions
Checkout lists every country we ship to directly, across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Oceania and Latin America. That list is the authority: if your country is not on it we cannot ship there automatically, but write to us at hello@houseofnova.io and we will arrange a quote.
Currency
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Your bank sets the conversion rate if you hold another currency.
Production & dispatch
Most pieces ship within 2–3 weeks of order. Statement and collectible pieces (Phoenix Coat, Tornado Capelet) may require additional lead time; we will confirm by email after purchase.
Duties & taxes
Import duties and taxes may be payable on delivery, depending on your destination. Where they apply they are assessed by the destination country's customs authority. Write to hello@houseofnova.io before ordering if you would like us to check what applies to yours.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order leaves our atelier. You can reply to that email anytime for help.
